Me: 28 years old, biracial, poet/artist by night, work-at-home customer service representative by day, clean, intelligent, respectful, past the partying stage of my life, a good cook, and a good sense of humor...
into: writing, creating, being healthy, watching movies occasionally, cooking, listening to music(I have a record player and cd player that get a ton of use), talking, taking road trips occasionally...
my place: a brand new condo, 2 car garage, w/alarm service, 1400 square feet, upstairs/downstairs, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths(you would get your own full bathroom).
You: hopeully would also be artistic/creative, clean, no pets(i have a cat, but pets arent allowed, so no MORE pets for fear of being caught), aren't a heavy drinker( so maybe you have a beer or a glass of wine every one in awhile, but don't overdo it), aren't a pothead(although once in a blue moon is forgivable), have a steady source of income, are in your mid-20's or older, are cool with me being a lesbian(i don't have rainbow flags everywhere though, don't worry, i'm not one of those :) ) Hopefully you are also health-conscious, fun, into sharing groceries and having dinners together every once in awhile, just want a cool, warm place to call home that happens to be really underpriced.
