Hi folks,

I'm visiting the area this week, and looking for fun things to do. I'll be around until Sunday.

1. Nice restaurant recommendations, especially near Tempe, Scottsdale or Mesa...somewhere nice to take my Mom out to, maybe typical SW or fusion food.

2. Non-Mom oriented evening events...are underground thursdays still going? Other ideas? I like cosy pubs, outdoor, been a burner but into all kinds of grooves.

3. Arty stuff - people keep mentioning first fridays, is there a last fridays too?
